Compliance
You agree that your business, products, and campaigns comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google).

Payments & Billing

  • All services are billed as per agreed proposals or contracts.

  • Payments must be made within the agreed timelines.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Ad spend and third-party platform costs (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) are separate from service fees unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

  • Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of the respective owner.

  • Deliverables created by Growth X Ventures LLC may be used by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.

Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

  • Revenue growth

  • ROAS or ROI

  • Lead volume or conversions

Performance depends on multiple external factors, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Shopify).

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or policy changes

  • Account suspensions or restrictions

  • Changes in algorithm performance

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth X Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth X Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement as per agreed contract terms.

  • Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

  • Access to accounts and deliverables will be transitioned accordingly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the UAE.
