Tracking, Analytics & ROAS Audit
Accurate GA4, server-side tracking and break-even ROAS targets, so every budget decision is based on numbers you can trust.

What We Do
Fix the data before you scale spend.
Most GCC stores report revenue that includes VAT, double counts orders across channels or misses purchases entirely. We fix tracking, then build targets on contribution margin so you know which campaigns actually make money.
Services Offered
Measurement you can act on.
A tracking audit, implementation and a ROAS model built on your real costs, including VAT, payment fees, cash on delivery and returns.
How We Work
From messy data to clear targets.
We start by reconciling what platforms report with what your store recorded, fix the gaps, then turn the clean data into targets your team can use.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How pricing works
The audit is a fixed-scope project. Implementation and ongoing reporting are scoped after the audit, based on the platforms and channels you use.
01
What is a ROAS audit?
A ROAS audit checks whether your ad platforms are reporting revenue accurately and whether your ROAS targets are above your real break-even point. We review tracking, attribution and your unit economics.
02
Why does our ad platform revenue not match Shopify?
Common causes are VAT and shipping included in purchase values, duplicate events, missing server-side tracking, overlapping attribution windows and refused cash on delivery orders. The audit identifies which apply to you.
03
Do you set up server-side tracking?
Yes. We set up server-side events and the Meta Conversions API, along with GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking.
04
How do you calculate break-even ROAS?
We divide net revenue per order by contribution before ad spend, after cost of goods, shipping, payment and BNPL fees, returns and COD refusals. Our blog explains the method in detail.
05
Is this only for brands spending a lot on ads?
No. Brands at any spend level benefit from accurate tracking, and it matters most before you start scaling budgets.
